Can you, please, send us an additional information:
1. Crash report.
To create crash report:
- open nanoCAD Platform
- click on the nanoCAD icon on the top left of the working window
- select "Utilities"
- click on "Problem Report"
After system will collect data and creates report, in appeared dialog window:
- click "Select All"
- "Save report"
Then send us this saved file with crush report. This is essential information to investigate what happened.
2. Also it'd be helpful if you answer this questions to clarify the issue:
- how do you start the platform (double click on the platform icon, on the drawing file?)
- drawings you're using: are they store in your local PC, or in some network storage?
- crush appears while using all drawings or some particular? (If it's some particular, could, please, also send them to us?)
- if create new, empty drawing and start to create here from scratch, this crush also appears?
