If the problem occurs in specific drawings:
Please try to call the BATCHPROCESS command and use this utility to correct errors in the drawing. You can also find this utility in the main menu of the program -> Utilities - Batch file processing:
If the program freezes in the process, or error correction does not help, please send a request to our technical support -

If the program is slow with any drawing (even on empty):
Please try to select a different Vectorizer Type in the Options window:
There are three ways to find the Options window:
- Right-click in the program's operating window -> Options
- Press Ctrl + 9
- Call the Options command
Also often helps check the ATI site for the latest driver for your video card.
If nothing helps, also submit a request to our technical support -
https://support.nanocad.com/, specifying your version of nanoCAD, and, if possible, attaching a file of information about the system:- Click the Windows Start logo.
- Type "MSINFO32" or navigate to and click %windir%\system32\msinfo32.exe. This opens the "System Information" Window.
- To save the file in the native NFO format, from the File down menu, click Save.
