Sometimes, when requesting a license file, you may see an error stating that "The license limit for this serial number is exhausted":
There may be three reasons for this error:
- You have previously activated your license on another device.
- You are activating your license on the same device, but you have recently reinstalled the OS.
- You activate your license on the same device, but you recently replaced the hardware of the device.

In your request, please provide the serial number of your license and, if possible, indicate which of the three scenarios previously described most likely applies to your situation.
