How to create custom Scales
Please call the ScaleListEdit command, or click Scale list in the "Annotate" tab:
Configure the scales as required: 
In order for custom scales to be displayed in the interface, call theparams command (or just click "Design settings" on the "Manage" tab), and in the "Design" node, the "Main options" tab, set the value of the "List of drawing scales" parameter as "All", or "Document only". If you want to save this setting for each program launch, check the box "Save as defaults - Design element settings".
For future use, save this document as a *.dwt (drawing template) file.
You can configure the use of templates in the Options window, the Template Usage node:
